Access instructions were unclear upon arrival, as I had to call to find out how to get in. The room was compact, lacking a refrigerator, while parking was tight but manageable with care. The noise from the shared kitchen was noticeable in the morning.

That was amazing hotel set in fairly nice area, very close to the waterfront of wanaka lake and the lonely tree and the town centre. The room was warm and cozy with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a kitchen area, tea, coffee, and large windows...

The outdoor lounging areas were lovely, perfect for
Sipping morning coffee while enjoying the mountain views. The hospitality from Fraser and Ann was also really good. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as I could hear conversations from neighboring guests quite clearly during the night.
